Wendy's - Lenoir

Quick and friendly service. My order was excellent, and the food was both delicious and exactly as requested.

I must praise this Wendy's for its outstanding service and food. While fast food often isn't as quick or as high-quality these days, this location excelled in every aspect.

The chicken on my salad wasn't even sliced! It was burnt too! The service was lacking, and the staff seemed uninterested in being there. I didn’t cause this!

My husband went to Wendy's tonight at about 11 pm. He sat for 5 minutes in the drive thru lane, at the speaker. No one answered him. He drove up to the window, and was given a not so nice look. A lady opened the window, and said her head set was off, but the green light was on. She took his order which was a 10 piece nugget, and Baconator fries. He was given my food off of a cart, and all of it was cold, and I mean very cold.. He did not ask for sauce, but was charged for 4 barbecue sauce, and only given 2.. It is not a matter of a few cent. It is an issue bc he was not asked. This is my first review like this, bc I avoid them. I believe in everyone has a bad day, but I feel this was done intentionally. There is no way that she did not know she was giving him cold food.

The outside looked clean and updated. The inside could have been a nice experience had they had someone attending it. Visited on a Sunday about 3 p.m. and every table was disgusting, they were completely out of tea, one of their drink machines was out of ice and most sodas, garbage all over the floor, and the staff didn't seem busy at all and the cashier in the lobby had a horrible attitude. I've worked in fast food for ten years, I understand it's not the easiest job, but management should have been on top of that and a smile wouldn't hurt or at least a nice tone while taking orders from customers who were nice as could be. It's your job to provide customer service and a pleasant eating experience..find a job that doesn't require customer interaction or satisfaction.
