L'ardoise - Lens

Four of us on Friday night, looking for something good to eat having had a rather poor meal on Thursday found this place on good old Google. The car park was full, good sign, the restaurant was filling well, we tend to eat earlier than the French, so there was some atmosphere in the place. The menu was on a large A frame black board brought to each table as needed, a bit quirky but it works. The selection was good and the food was excellent, oh yes and the wine was pretty decent as well. I think all of us would be happy to go there again, even the designated driver (me) who had to forego the very good wine.

If you have no choice, no time and no car, good luck for this restaurant. The food is basic and the only good thing is the excellent and fast service

As always. welcome and pleasant service, delicious dishes, pleasant setting. It is always a pleasure to come. here in photo ravioli of ceps in entry and Flemish carbonades in main dish. I'll give you that dish.

Welcome to the top, very pleasant staff, a very pleasant atmosphere, and especially what pleasure! cepes and the white lady, miam!

They had a good burger but for me the highlight was the most wholesome and good dog I have seen in Lens
