Altmann Gasthaus - Leoben

“Gasthof Altmann” is not attractive at all. the Bland building is located in one of the traffic arteries of the city and close to a busy railway line. the interior of this one-room restaurant, whose rustic furniture was imitated by a strange mix of real wood and wood, has not addressed me either. I know, however, that the whole room was a non-smoking area, while smoking was allowed only at the adjacent bowling alleys. the standard menu consisted almost exclusively of traditional Austrian dishes, including some that are no longer as common today as leber dishes. only from Tuesday to Friday it was supplemented by a court of the day. the service was fast through and my meal was served only after a short waiting period. my court did not look particularly attractive, as they generally do not disturb to present the eating nicely. it had been freshly prepared and although it had been seasoned only on very simple wise, it tasted good. because the portions were plentiful and the prices were moderate, “Gasthof Altmann” can be characterized as decent, affordable restaurant without annoying.
