Chipotle Mexican Grill - Leominster

I ordered the carne asada for dinner, but the bowl only contained four small strips of meat and a tiny portion of rice. It felt like there was hardly any food in it. Additionally, the employees seemed more focused on their phones than on providing good service.

This restaurant really needs to consider closing for good. It's strange that you can't place an order inside the establishment, and the wait time for just one burrito is excessive. The only positive aspect is that it's clean.

Trash service, will not take any orders in person. They force you to use the app for ordering so so food they overcharge

Worse chipotle ever. You can only order online, cant even get rice sometimes. They forget stuff all the time.

Seriously?.....had a craving for Chipotle and stopped at the Leominster location only to be told we only do on line orders! They said they did not have enough people so only taking orders on line. A fast food restaurant that won 't take orders at the counter? Whomever owns this location needs to do a total RESET, REHIRE and RETRAIN staff. Stopped at 1:30 PM, place was filthy with food on all the tables, floor and trash piled up in the cans. Come on owners....you can do better that this.
