Total junk food but it scratches the itch in a rather dry area for vegan options. We had the meatball deep dish with vegan cheese and the vegan meat. Sooooooo good. This is unos people, not gourmet brick oven, so as long as you go in with realistic expectations, you won’t be disappointed.
I love that Uno's has a diverse menu with something for everyone. I appreciate the dedicated section for vegan options on the menu. I am confused about the vegan cheeseburger pizza listing milk under allergens, as the ingredients don't seem to contain milk. I always enjoy the Vegan garden pizza with vegan cheese, as it tastes delicious and reheats well. My husband always orders the beyond burger and loves it. I hope Uno's keeps expanding their vegan menu.
I was thrilled to discover that they included a whole vegan section on their menu! It's often difficult to find restaurants that cater to vegans in this area. I decided to try the classic Beyond Burger with fries. To be honest, I was not very impressed with the dish. The burger was undercooked (which wasn't a big issue for me as a plant-based eater), and there were large chunks of raw red onions that I had to remove and discard. I ended up cutting up a couple of the rings and putting them back on. While the meal definitely has room for improvement, I appreciate the effort to offer vegan options and believe there is potential for growth.
I was pleasantly surprised with unos vegan cheese pizza. I added mushrooms and spinach. a little overpriced for a personal pizza at almost $18 (lost a star because) but well for a pizza demand
