Domino's Pizza - Leon Valley

I just recently started ordering from here. I usually go with Pizza Hut but it's close by so I wanted to give it a shot. The food is great no issues. The workers are also polite and helpful. Of course, everyone makes mistakes and they have once tor twice. No biggie just they forgot the sauces and they removed my order off their screen before it was completed. Then I still had to wait additional time until my order was compete. So, it can be hit or miss at times but nothing too bad at least on my end.

Worst experience ever manager was rude and talking ugly to other customers and me. Never coming here again

Good food, over the phone orders, needs some help with the English language.

The star I left is only because it was required to leave this review. I paid for a pizza and my husband was late picking it up. When he got there there was no order with my name there and they didn 't know what happened to my order . End of story, right?? WRONG. The guy I spoke with immediately met me with a condescending tone and could care less that my order was missing. And what are the odds this rude creature happens to be the manager.... ugh! He couldn 't even confirm his own store address that I read off from my confirmation email! I had to give him the closest intersection to confirm I ordered at the right location! He finally placed me on hold to check through their orders, and magically mine was found and they decided to re-make the order after all. That so called manager though has no people skills, and had all the nerve to have a funky a attitude even though HIS food and money weren 't missing! The audacity is outrageous in here and I will never ever ever order from this store again and just order from Fredericksburg/Wurzbach as I 've been doing for years now. Whoever is reading this.... save yourself some heartache and spend your money elsewhere. Eff this place.

No driver for a delivery because her car broke down is this how y’all do business
