Creperie Les Airelles

The Fondue is absolutely delicious, even my 8 year old who never eats cheese was dipping into ours. The dried beef was also delicious. Kids meals were great. Cappuccino to finish was very well made. This is a very authentic place to dine at. Luckily we speak reasonable French so ordering was no issue, if you don’t have some French you may struggle. However, don’t let this put you off, it’s really a very charming place and great fondue, in the middle of the town. Worth a visit.

We sat outside in their adorable patio. Both the savory galettes and sweet crepes were absolutely delicious. The service was extremely friendly and efficient. We really loved our evening in Contamines and were very happy to enjoy dinner at this special place.

We came as a spur of the moment decision, and had a great meal. Four shared fondue and the serve was huge (and apparently yummy) with loads of bread and charcuterie to dip! The rest of us ordered galette, and the Tartiflette was very popular! If you have picky eaters who turn up their nose at something new you might want to rethink, there is no pasta or burger option, but the food is good, house wine is good, and the price is good. Another of my will do again 'restaurants in Les Contamines.

Very hospitable, owner speaks English very well. Great dishes for both adults and kids. Quick and responsive service.

As every year, this crêpery is one of our must-sees. The reception is friendly and dolphin and its team are smiling and professional. the galettes are succulent and the excellent pancakes!! You have to book if you want to be sure that you can eat. and this is true especially in winter or the atmosphere of this small restaurant is warm and cozy especially if the chimney is on the way. there is also the possibility to enjoy a new terrace. after a hike a stop to taste the ice is a real happiness.
