We were twice at this little coffee, we loved our cappuccinos a lot. waitresses are very friendly but you must not be in a hurry. Our lunches were excellent.

Arrived early in the morning, family of 3.No customers on site. The waitress comes to see us, for the first time, 15 minutes after our arrival. We order 2 coffees with milk and a hot chocolate.20 minutes later, we still haven't received our consumption. We ask the waitress, she informs us that it won't be long... they have a problem with the foamer...We left without being served after 45 minutes.

Wait 45 min for a lunch when there are 5 waitresses and almost nobody in the restaurant these ordinary enough. lunches are not like elsewhere tells us the waitress unable to get made of the egg on the plate even in extra ́ those not on the menû ́ ́ ́ to get asked what cooking your bagel? after 45 minutes I told him any cooking I am hungry and well tanned to wait. It comes with a hard bagel like rock not butter on it. After eating that half we were born to pay and I told her that her bagel was not eatable she answered me: I asked you to cook I was never in a restaurant that asked me to cook my bagel uhh medium saignant as long as I could!She never took the bagel off the bill. Big lack of professionalism engages students without experience and the customer is never right and does not accept in any case to derogate from their menu even after almost begging for the boss two egg on the plate because it not only egg in the hole that calls these eggs cooked in the hole of a slice of bread. We just wanted normal egg and the waitress never wanted to know! morals of history here the customer is not important the menu are very limited and does not change anything on an extra egg here impossible. Very ordinary customer service, no one to welcome us, after a few minutes standing at the entrance I am told to sit down any one or someone will come to see me. After ten minutes someone comes to ask me if I want a coffee, I answer him yes a coffee with milk, another ten minutes later we come to take my order and I ask for the coffee with milk. Finally after thirty minutes in this restaurant I had still not received my coffee with milk, so I simply left this restaurant which was however medium achalanded.
