My friend surprised me for my 30th birthday with a wonderful dinner at quai 360. that was excellent, and otherwise I would normally eat. the atmosphere is very relaxed and beautiful and the service was excellent. our waitress was very sweet and. often. our food was perfectly cooked and our bottle wein very nicely paired. very recommended for an evening.
We had dinner here last night Service from Eve and Amelia) was friendly, relaxed and very informative. The appetizers, mains and desserts were perfect! Wine list good variety by the glass or bottle
Let me start by saying don’t skip this restaurant because of this review. It was good, just not as good as we had been led to believe, and some of the problems were probably avoidable. First, we waited 40 minutes for our order to be...taken by our very friendly and pleasant but easily distracted waitress. Second, the food just wasn’t as good as it sounded. For example, coffee infused warm hummus was good but it completely overpowered my tiny piece of overcooked fish. Third, they didn’t have the wine we ordered, but that in fact was good because we ended up buying by the glass for quite reasonable prices. And finally, well, we didn’t have desert or coffee because by then we had simply been there too long. But we will come back and try again. It is a nice space and you can tell that they do make a real effort.
I thought I had made reservations at this restaurant, but it turns out I had accidentally booked at the owners' other place, Cafe de la Cote. So when we arrived at Quai 360 and were told there was no reservation, we were disappointed. However, we were quickly thrilled when they were able to find a table for us. The food was superb, everything cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was relaxed yet sophisticated, a step above other restaurants we tried on the Magdalen Islands. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend this place.
