I was blown away by this restaurant! I didn't know what to expect from the food on Île-de-la-Madelaine, but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was top-notch, Chef Sam created diverse and tasty menus all week, and the owner was friendly and attentive. A must-visit if you find yourself on Île-de-la-Madelaine!

My dining experience at this restaurant was fantastic. Our waitress was very pleasant and provided great recommendations on both the food and the island itself. I ordered the pan-fried Halibut with squash puree, vegetables, Nantes butter with Gaspésie herbs, and crème fraîche, and it was absolutely delicious. Kudos to the chef!

During our stay at Chateau Madelinot, we tried the buffet breakfast and it was fantastic. It was definitely worth it.

We ate 2 lunches and 2 dinners at this place. Evening specials are delicious, several prices and a children's menu. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. The restaurant is beautiful and neat. It gives a view of the ocean, it's absolutely beautiful. For lunch, there are plenty of choices. Prices are expensive, even lunch, but it's worth going at least once during your trip to the Islands.Kid-friendliness: At least 5 different choices for children.
