It is stipulated that it opens at 11:30. a 11:45 still not open, an employee specifies that he will open in 5 minutes and 10 minutes after nothing, as much as he opens at noon. It would be more understandable for everyone. to answer you, it would be normal for the person to inform you of the reasons why it was not yet open! and move again after these ten minutes to inform again. all the more so because it's not the first time that it becomes urgent to act, right? I'm putting you an extra star because the goal is not to sanction you as you say.

I went there this afternoon, I took a tacos, the cheese cream was really very fade. We would have said it was fresh cream and there was grated cheese not even melted in tacos.... My menu wasn’t great, but my husband’s menu was really good! Despite this, the welcome lady was friendly
