La Bonbonniere - Les Rousses

We had read about this restaurant. It’s great. I chose a smoked salmon salad which was outstanding. Great service and very good value for money. It’s great to ding a restaurant in Les Rousses which has non meat options on the menu!

Walked by earlier in the day and made a reservation for 7 people- they had not yet opened but the two gentlemen that now run the creperie were very friendly and accommodating. Returned for dinner and very happy with the patient, kind, personalized service despite how busy the restaurant was at that time. Very happy with the delicious bretonnes-style galettes (savory dinner crepes-I had chicken in a morilles cream sauce) and dessert crepes (Mont Blanc was amazing- meringues in fresh whipped cream, ice cream and a Marron sauce). Very attentive staff and concerned that we enjoyed all aspects of our evening-we did). If your not familiar with Galettes, cider (i like the drier Brut) goes well as a pairing.

Totally agree with positive comments regarding this creperie. Charming service with delicious galette. Not so easy to find but hidden just behind the librairie. Bravo nous serons de retour un jour!

The pancakes are good but not too much. reception and service did not comply with the rules relating to covids. disappointment probably comes from the fact that the map seemed really very attractive to us.
