A-1 Pizza - Lethbridge

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. I ordered through Skip, but my delivery driver’s car broke down. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I contacted customer service for assistance, hoping for some help since the delay was not my fault. The person I spoke to on the phone just replied with a casual “Yep,” without offering any support or resolution. This level of disregard for customers makes it impossible for me to recommend this restaurant. If they treat paying customers like this, I can only imagine how they manage the food.

My son and his friend tried your pizza and said it was fantastic, so I decided to give it a shot too. I've had many different pizzas from various places, but yours is definitely the best! It was incredibly delicious. Thank you!

I was really let down by my experience at this restaurant. While we loved the food and enjoyed placing our order, the customer service was quite disappointing. When we called to report that our order was incorrect upon delivery, the person we spoke with was very rude. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place based on our experience.

This is a charming little local shop with tasty food, although parking can be a bit difficult. I wouldn't suggest ordering the mozzarella sticks; they don't justify the cost. On the whole, the pizza was satisfactory.

The pizza was amazing and offered at a great price. I truly enjoyed it! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant—you'll absolutely love it!
