Backstreet Pub-south Location

Last night, we went to Backstreet Pub Pizza for dinner. Located on Laval Blvd West in Lethbridge, it's only a 10-minute drive from our house. The pub is of medium size and offers customers the opportunity to eat, watch, and play pool, which we found to be very cool. We arrived at the pub at 6:30 PM and because it was a weekday, it wasn't very busy. The pub had a great atmosphere, with different hockey team shirts as decoration on the walls. We can imagine it gets really busy during hockey season. We quickly found a seat and our server came to take our orders within a minute or two. She was kind and attentive. We started with a few drinks, which arrived promptly, and then ordered two Backstreet Supreme sandwiches with various toppings and salads for dinner. The Backstreet Supreme sandwich had the same ingredients as their pizza, but they folded it into a sandwich, which we thought was a great idea. In addition to the regular toppings, we could choose three toppings from a list, and my sandwich had cheddar, ground beef, and pineapple. The food came out quickly and the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. They were so tasty that I couldn't finish mine on my own. We also had a green salad and a Caesar salad, both of which were fresh and had a great dressing. The prices were reasonable, at around $13.00 per sandwich. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Backstreet Pub Pizza.

This restaurant has a lot of character. It's in need of an update, but I have mixed feelings about that. If they change things, they might lose the charm of the place. Back to the Clear West is just a great spot to hang out without needing to dress up. The food is good pub fare and the service has always been good in my experience. I would rate it 7 out of 10.
