Boston Pizza - Lethbridge

Great food good service ordered ribs tasty drinks good we were there for a long chat and were not rushed waitress attentive to our needs

We went to Boston Pizza in Lethbridge for dinner. It was a good meal and a great location. We had the seven cheese baked ravioli it had ravioli stuffed with Parmesan, Emmental, Ricotta,Fontina,and Romano cheeses topped with Marinara or Bolognese sauce, baked with mozzarella and cheddar. I had the Marina sauce. It was very good and it comes with a piece of garlic toast. We also had the Cheesesteak Cactus Cut Nachos; it was a generous portion. The chips are thicker cut potatoes with smoked apple wood seasoning. They are covered with layers of pizza mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Sliced BBQ steak, roasted red onions and red peppers. Drizzled with horseradish mayo and green onions. They are served with salsa and two different sour creams. We also ordered a kids spaghetti with meat sauce and fries it came with a drink and a desert sundae. The service was a little slow but the food was prepared in a hurry. We were here for dinner ...6pm in late april. Boston Pizza prices are expensive as compared to others but we enjoy their pizza.we ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom but the cooks forgot the mushroom...the waiter was aware of this when she brought it to the table and apologized profusely and said we were welcome to enjoy that one on the house while the kitchen prepared our proper order. it wasn't long and the correct order arrived, our waiter said we were welcome to box up the left overs and take them with us which we did.Boston Pizza...pricey and be prepared to wait for your order, it aint fast food but we are never disappointed.the decor was clean and bright, staff cheerful and helpful and the accommodations were spacious and comfortable.

Had the Tuesday pasta special. Good atmosphere. Great food that was served hot. Excellent service. We will come back if in the area.

Bad service. Mediocre food. No managers to be seen checking on anything. We were unhappy with our food, told the young appologetic waitress and she did nothing about it. Dirty tables everywhere for quite a while after the rush. The staff are unexperienced. Staff disappear unexpectedly.
