The Chopped Leaf - Lethbridge

The food was decent and tasty as always. However, it was a bit awkward when the lady behind the counter kept calling me "ma'am" instead of "dude." My advice for the future would be to avoid using "sir" or "ma'am," as these terms are outdated.

The Chopped Leaf in Lethbridge has become more expensive and now offers half the portion size. My partner and I used to stop here regularly, but this last visit was disappointing. The bowl we ordered was only half the usual size and contained regular rice instead of the advertised basmati rice. The salad consisted mainly of leafy greens with minimal cucumbers and carrots. Despite requesting dressing on the side, it was placed directly on the bowl, further reducing the portion size. This will be our last visit to this restaurant. While the servers were friendly, we were unsure if the small portions were due to inexperienced staff or new management. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. I tried the Bowl No.1 with chicken and it was absolutely delicious.

Oh my gosh!I had seen this place for years and always drove passed it. What a huge mistake.I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and took one bite and it was absolute heaven. My significant other ordered a wrap and said he never wanted another wrap from anywhere else!The staff was so friendly and fun while we were waiting on the order. Absolutely amazing!

Can be pricey for a meal, however often worth it for the nutritional value of the food.
