Arena Seven - Letterkenny

Wayne's world is decent. Not the best soft play. Not the worst. Some Staff could do with some training on basic customer service skills like today's server in the wee shop barely noticed I was there while she was talking to a workmate. No dairy free milk in this shop either. Which is fairly standard to have these days. Was very disappointed there. Carpark spaces are very narrow considering it's a complex for mainly kids so doors need to be opened wide.

Great facility to have, but kids under 3 can't really use about 3/4 of the area and the price structure should reflect that. For them, it's a bit of socialization and a ball pool. Older kids could at least be encouraged to use the areas for them or perhaps be a better provided area for toddlers as you could justify the price.

Waited quite a while to be served in the fast food section. Got bored and sat down and not once did any staff ask if I was OK. Got up again when a member of staff was at till and finally got served. After that food and service were excellent.

Great steak and delicious rocket and parmesan salad

Great day out for all the family. We all played laser and bowls and had food. Everyone loved it. Great value and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Good entertainment for everyone especially on rainy days. Easy to book online, pay a deposit or in full. They cater for groups, families and birthday parties. What's not to love!!
