Wholegreen - Letterkenny

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the restaurant had stopped serving for the day at 3pm as it closed at 4 o'clock. They had cakes and coffee available, but it didn't suit our preference as we were looking for a post-lunch option. The outdoor seating area was beautiful and conveniently located on the main road. We will definitely return another time!

The breakfast at this restaurant was amazing and the salads on display looked delicious as well. We ordered the gym buddy smoothie bowl and avocado toast with vegetables topping, both of which were tasty. We also enjoyed the turmeric latte.

After looking for vegan food donegal, I remembered this little jewel in letterkenny. we had a fantastic lunch of creamy vegan lasagne with a huge beet root and carrot salad and a part of curcumenical, so good! the staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be a regular from now on.

I prefer the cakes etc. over the savory food. I recommend the carrot cake as well as the cookies and flapjack. You can ask to customize food on their menu, e.g. ask for garlic sauce in the volcano wrap instead of spicy chickpeas. Staff is extremely friendly. Edit: So disappointed that they are now selling eggs and milk. Also less seating area available than before due to changing concept. There is now a store where you can buy shampoo, bamboo toothbrushes and the likes. Updated from previous review on 2021-02-09
