Excellent bar to have a drink after work. very warm atmosphere. the service is fried. try to come with public transport because the parking space in this city area is limited. music varies, but is easy to hear. a lot of bier. I found a place to sit on the back of the bar, near the window. can only recommend this bar. if you like what you read, please support them by meeting like this recession point (dumbing up).

The selection of tap beer is very nice. However the small dark-haired waiter lacks any sort of customer service skills. I wonder why people like him do a job they do not like? Or maybe because i didn't speak luxembourgish? In any case: not coming again, not worth paying for frozen fries and frozen behaviours!

I’ve been p this place three times and each time the service has been extremely unpleasant. The first time a friend had ordered a drink for me and I miscounted my tab. When I realized, I asked the waiter to correct my bill so I could pay for the correct number of drinks, he seemed really annoyed about the situation. The second time, I was with a group of people, I tried to pay directly for my two drinks and they refused to take my money separately. The third time I gave the money to the bartender and when I asked him to return only a specific amount so he could keep the rest as a tip he got annoyed and told me to sort it out myself. It’s a shame that they are so good at serving drinks but no flexibility whatsoever on charging people.

We had a lausy experience. We sat down at the table at 6:15 pm that was reserved for someone at 7 pm We've asked the waiter to transfer us if another table becomes available Our plan was to have one drink until the reservation arrives. Since the people were not arriving we ordered second then a third round was offered by the waitress at 7:20 pm. Finally at 7:25 the people (locals) have arrived. Sat down with some friends across from us and then they have asked for their table that was reserved for 7 p.m. This has resulted in three different waiters coming to our table and trying to tell us that we're supposed to finish our drinks in 5 minutes 10 minutes and leave. I was rather annoyed as we thought that we were not supposed to leave since the reservation did not arrive until 7:15 and we were offered last round of drinks by the waitress at 7:20. We left, refused to pay for the last round that stayed more than half full in our glasses. We weren't charged for it but last 15 min of discussion left a bitter taste... and we definitely didn't feel welcome. Pacha is well known bar that welcomes all but prefers locals. I have nothing against that, but fair is fair and there should be no double standards.
