Alex took my phone order for delivery. He was extremely helpful, offered current specials, and waited while I found my card for payment. Great experience and will definitely order again. Food is always delicious!Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten intolerant and absolutely love thier gluten free pizza!
Waited for an hour just to b told that our order had never been out in, we left won’t go back
We went for the pizza buffet. The place got packed, so it was difficult to keep fresh, warm pizza on the line. We made a request for a particular pizza and were told they do not take request. Overall, it was not a bad experience.
Wish I could give no stars. Twice in two weeks we have had the wrong order or incomplete order delivered to our house. The last time it took over twenty minutes to get in touch with someone at the store. When calling the number we were sent to a call center and all they would do is try and call the store. Each time we were sent back to the call center. When I ask to speak to a manger or supervisor at the call center, I was told I couldn't speak to anyone but the store. By the time we received our food it was cold. We did finally speak to the store manager and were given a partial credit on our order, but the overall experience was a complete joke.
