Somtam - Leverkusen

Ich wohne gleich um die Ecke und bevorzuge diesen Thai. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker, als Schärfeliebhaber bin ich hier immer sehr gerne essen. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und ist preislich auch total im Rahmen. Die Portionen sind auch sehr großzügig und machen satt. Alles top!

Ich bin dort bereits mehrfach essen gewesen. Leider nur weils um die Ecke ist und nicht weils dort so toll ist. Gegen das Essen kann man nichts sagen. Es schmeckt ganz in Ordnung. Was mir jedoch überhaupt nicht schmeckt, ist der Umgang mit den Kunden. Ein "Hallo", "Danke", "Bitte", "Auf Wiedersehen", "Guten Appetit", hört man vergeblich. Die Mitarbeiter sind ziemlich gereizt, unmotiviert sowie unfreundlich. Vor allem in Großstädten, in Vierteln mit Einheimischen, sollte man darauf bedacht sein, diese anständig zu Behandeln. Schließlich gibts hier genug Alternativen. Der Thai an der Eigelsteintorburg zum Beispiel. Ich gehe jedenfalls nicht nochmal ins SomTai

Food was okay, solid Thai food, not the mega Bringer. fresh vegetables, sauces ok, sharp is sharp there! And good for the crowd! Aaaber: the younger man who picked up the order and cooked with an older one was really unfriendly! Has twisted my eyes when I asked for omission of an ingredient that I did not contract (which I also referred to as justification). When I ordered there was not one of the main selection ingredients, it came: there is not, not delivered. Could you just hang a note? or go to a nearby supermarket?! Despite our efforts to continue to react friendly, nix came back or continued unfriendly. I really expect from nem mainly take away no mega operation, but you can at least have the basic forms of customer friendliness! It wasn't so full either. Don't have to be.

I cannot recommend this snack at all. When I came to the door at noon, one of the staff (probably the son) sat at the counter and ate his lunch. He moaned loudly and rolled with his eyes. He felt obviously disturbed by the interruption. Better I would have gone right away. He then accepted my order in a rather unfriendly tone. This, however, more than undamaged behavior continued in cashing. Moreover, it is not the first time that he was not very customer-oriented. As a rule, it is rather merciful and unfriendly. The food itself was clearly better in total. In my opinion, the Som Tam Thai snack is not recommended!!! In the immediate vicinity there are significantly better snacks, with significantly more friendly staff. Here you are still seen as a customer and not as an intruder or disturbing peace.

I live right around the corner and prefer this Thai. The food is really delicious, as a sharpening lover I am always very happy to eat here. Everything is freshly prepared and is also totally within the framework. The portions are also very generous and filled. All right!
