Dunkin' - Levittown

Communication and service very lacking and was an issue with ordering and getting the items. After ordering at the counter in one area by the register at which we paid when the items were ready they were placed all the way down at the other counter atthe other end of the store and noone said anything until after just standing there wondering why it was taking so long. Lol.Disorganized and lacks proper customer attention and service. The grilled cheese sandwich was greasy and cold...Yuk... The icedlatte was ok...not that tasty. Oh well! ????

Well ,the usual dunking I go to wasn't open yet,so I went to this one what a terrible experience !! Bagels weren't ready and the darkroast coffee was replaced with a different blend called midnight.the girl was slow as a slug, I will never go to thatparticular dunkin,never again!

Had to mix my matcha so much to get the powder dissolved aka doing the job for them.

I ordered a sandwich without cheese for my husband. because he is allergic and when he got home, he was with cheese. I always shop at this place, sometimes without being clueless.

This location for the most part is in fact pretty good but honestly in my opinion the disposition of the person who is taking your order makes or breaks the experience
