Bushi Sushi - Lewes

What a fantastic new spot in the Lewes area! We visited and tried the Fried Tofu appetizer, the Bushi Roll, Lewes Roll, and Lincoln Roll—all of which were exceptional. From the rice to the fish and toppings, it was a wonderful dining experience. The menu may be simple, but it covered all our desires. Thumbs up! If you work in the service industry and are looking for a place to grab a quick bite, you definitely need to check this out!

I dined at this restaurant for the first time today and I will definitely return. They offer a wide variety of large, unique special rolls as well as fantastic regular rolls. Lewes really needed a quality sushi place, and I’m glad we found Bushi. I wouldn’t mind a delivery option either!

The restaurant has a lovely location and atmosphere, situated in Lewes near the canal waterfront and downtown. The food was fresh, unique, and delicious. I would definitely return. The music was contemporary and enjoyable as well. My only suggestion is that the sushi chef should be more flexible with custom orders and pricing, rather than strictly adhering to the set menu. Overall, everything was well executed.
