The Wheelhouse - Lewes

A day trip on the ferry and stop at Wheelhouse. Our server Leslie was excellent, the food excellent! We had lobster shrimp taco, soft bowl crabs in rice bowl, soft bowl taco, Calamari, shells on half, gazpacho cocktails. The parts are above the top had to take it home. We would recommend to everyone stop at Wheelhouse and check it... They won't be disappointed.

It took a while to convince that this place had actually changed. But what a surprise! The whole place is new. The outdoor deck is the perfect afternoon happy hour! Josh at the bar is always up. A better selection of craft beer selections would have been nice. Jess was our server on the deck and she was amazing, attentive and fun to spend our first happy hour in Lewes! Our Smorgasbord of appetizers was the best I had in the city in many years! Don't miss the poutine! We'll be back and don't change anything!

At first I saw that they had a very limited menu, but the food was amazing. The Shrimp Burrito was the best I ever had. We also enjoyed the crab bisque and a Caribbean chicken salad. I would rather see a smaller menu and amazing food as an amazing menu and so food. And Abagail was an excellent server. Thank you.

Food is killer, year after year. We came on Mac n cheese night, and the boy couldn't finish his bacon Cheeseburger Mac. I've never seen him ask for a box. He is also immature and loves the Krug Urinal. Oysters were fresh AF. Jerk Huhn was on the money. Team of Kyle/Kevin best service we had in some time. Excellent.

A great place for lunch! The view is lovely and the scallops appetizer, Mr. Steve’s fried chocken bowl and grouper sandwich were on point. Congrats on great service and really quiet atmosphere on the dockside. Excellent service!
