Costa Coffee - Lewes

The staff at this restaurant are absolutely wonderful. We stopped in for coffee on a Sunday afternoon and both team members were incredibly attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make our experience special. They are truly a gem for Costa.

Don't normally write reviews but the customer service was so spectacular I felt compelled to. The gentleman who was serving did a phenomenal job from start to finish both times I went in (unfortunately I did not get his name). Would go again just to see him.

Not a bad latte but nowhere top of cup and not a patch on the earlier cafe hero latte. Not such a warm feeling here but it has been snowing and the three hours parking is welcome!

We visited twice during our trip.Usual great coffee, but the staff were so friendly, polite and kind and so we wanted to give them the best review possible, nothing was too much trouble. The staff in Lewes Costa simply add so much to great coffee Thank you

Awful customer service at coast (tesco)...miserable staff...no people skills..made us feel so unwelcome...
