Pizza Hut - Lewis Center

This restaurant is consistently good, but recently I have noticed that they sometimes run out of the hand-tossed crust. It is best to order early to ensure you get your preferred crust option. Despite this occasional issue, they do excellent work and always deliver.

Starting with the pizza crust, it was excellent. However, the rest of the meal was bland and lacking in seasoning. We had to request additional condiments just to make it palatable. I would give a negative rating if possible.

I did not receive my order today from this restaurant. I have ordered from them about 10 times before, and the manager usually contacts me if there is a delay in delivery or offers a pickup option. I tried calling four times today, 1 hour, 2 hours, 2 hours and 15 minutes, and 2 hours and 30 minutes after placing my order, but no one answered. The first time I waited 18 minutes, and after that it was 8, 5, and 3 minutes. This is unusual as I have not had this issue with them before.

I ordered pan crust and hand tossed. the pizza was also boiled and burned to places.

This isn't a review but a response to Jessica Barbeedoll...Seriously?? Are you that entitled of a karen?? A bunch of tip money?? From what you wrote, YOU LEFT NOTHING for a tip! The manager gave your spoiled a a $20 credit and you kept his one star rating up?? Holy mother you've had an easy life! Go deliver pizza with $3.30 a gallon gas prices in 20 degree weather for no tip and see how perky you are, sweetheart.
