I asked for sugar in my coffee they actually gave me the packets and a stir to put the sugar in my coffee. I don't need to pay 3 for coffee and extra for a cup of ice to have to add my own sugar the customer service has always been awful at this location. I actually got a refund last time for a coffee with half cup milk ?. Thought I would try again NEVER again.

When this location opened everybody was great and friendly! But in the past year it's slowly dwindling. In the past five months it's gotten really bad. The employees seem annoyed when you ask them for sugar, I'd get it myself if you could leave it out! The worst part they can't ever even get a drink right!

It's hot ice cream. Peppermint mocha is my favorite.

My drink was chunky and separated and it was not filled to the top. and they took 40 minutes to make my friends drink.
