Bull Run Tap House - Lewisburg

Feeling rushed, we ordered steaks and some simple sides—fresh bar chips and pickle fries—without taking the time to really consider our options. Unfortunately, the fresh chips were cold, neither steak was seasoned, one steak was overcooked, and the NY Strip was mostly gristle. To top it off, there was barely any dressing for the salad; we received just half a small cup of ranch, and our waitress didn’t check on us again until she brought out our meals. Our appetizer came out cold at the end of the meal, and it was taken off the bill because we mentioned we didn’t want it anymore after being three-quarters through our meals. The waitress seemed sweet enough, but we ultimately felt like we were an annoyance to the staff. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I visited this restaurant with some family to watch the Eagles game and enjoy a drink. The bar area was spacious and very nice. I’m not sure of the name of the young lady who served us (the one with the 'Naruto' nails), but she was incredibly attentive. She managed our group efficiently and made no mistakes, even helping us find the right channel for the Eagles game. There’s also a game room, which isn't very large, but it has standard games like air hockey and cornhole. I can't comment on the food since I didn’t order anything to eat. I'm not a big drinker, but the selection was extensive enough for me to find something I liked. The pictures might provide more insight. Overall, I’d give it a 5/5; if I lived in Pennsylvania, I would definitely come back here more often.

Our waitress, Sarah, was terrific! Great salads. The chili was tasty, but could?ve been hotter. The peanut butter pie was fantastic. It does have the feel of a college bar, but worked well for us on a Monday night.

Following a terrible experience at a different local restaurant, we found ourselves at Bull Run. The staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, and our waitress was exceptional, making us feel truly appreciated. Our group of 17 ordered a wide range of food and drinks, and everyone was extremely pleased with their choices. The shrimp tacos were particularly delicious! Thank you, Bull Run, for providing such a fantastic experience!

Had the In The Garden Salat Mixed greens with tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers and the French Fries were delicious.
