Feedback gevenOrder about every two weeks. The service I know was good. The delivery time is average, I never had to wait so long that I noticed how long it took. Food quality is good, about average active substance quality. In any case better than you would find at a Domino. I've never been disappointed. To order a few times, the service was quite fast. Kind, not rude and prompt. Same with similar companies. It's an older building, but the kitchen area wasn't dirty. They observed the hygiene food handling process, food processing areas were clean. Overall, about average experience.
The food is good, but there are prices are ridiculous and there is service there HORRIBLE. I live in Lewisburg I can order a pizza at 5 pm and I will not get it until 6:30. I had a friend who worked a D there when they left the phone off the hook. I tried to order a pizza for half an hour before they picked up the phone. Sarah's pizza lost my business.
This facility is disgusting! So unclean and unlived. If you only knew what is dripping into your meat before it is placed on your pizza or that the employees do not even wash their hands after using the bathroom before making your food, then you might think twice about Sarah's food. I have heard that this is great in Brookville, but this needs new owners/employers or needs to be closed before someone gets seriously ill. I live in Lewisburg and would rather go to another city to get food and drag my 2 toddlers around to comfortably get food from this abused restaurant.
Pizza's okay, the subs are really good. Terrible customer service. You sound like they don't want your service when you call him.
Good food, especially the sub breadsticks. Horrible service. My husband I always beg one another to do the calling in because they are so rude. The only reason we continue ordering from this location is because we don't have many other options that will deliver to our town. Every once in a while we will get someone nice on the phone but the majority of the time it's a lady who sounds like she doesn't want or care for the our business is annoyed we are ordering period. Others have said the same thing. We are normally very polite people when dealing with food service because we both have been in the food service business before. In my opinion they should thank me even say have a good day or something along that line but we rarely get that from there this past time I called I thanked the lady on the phone wished her a good evening she didn't say anything at all. That's not the first time either. Bad customer service is a pet peeve of ours. They need to work on it. Fix the customer service it will be a pretty great place!
