Siam Restaurant Bar - Lewisburg

I placed an online order and initially waited 30 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. Once there, I ended up waiting an additional 2 hours. The owner prioritized serving a table of 13 people who ordered in-person after I arrived. Despite being at the restaurant for 2 hours, my order was not ready. I patiently waited at my table, but after a while, I inquired about canceling my order and was informed that the staff could not process refunds. Frustrated, I had to approach the bar and insist that my food be prepared. After a wait of 2.5 hours, I finally received my meal. Parking was also a struggle, as it was difficult to find a spot. On the kid-friendly front, I asked the waitress several times for updates on my food, and she repeatedly assured me that it was on its way. After 2 hours, when I asked about canceling again, she told me it was still on the grill. It took another 15 minutes for her to check with the chef, and even then, it was frustrating to hear that she had no ability to issue a refund.

BEWARE ONLINE ORDERS NOT A PRIORITY! PLACED ORDER ONLINE WAITED 30 MIN UPON ARRIVAL AT LOCATION WAITED 2HRS. OWNER SERVED A TABLE OF 13 OTHERS THAT ORDERED AT LOCATION BEFORE DOING MY ONLINE ORDER. (THE ARRIVED AND ORDERED 1 HOUR AFTER I ARRIVED) WAITED AT TABLE FOR 2 HOURS PATIENTLY. I ASKED ABOUT CANCELING FOOD AND WAS TOLD SHE DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO REFUND MONEY. I HAD TO STAND AT BAR INSISTING MY FOOD BE MADE. AFTER 2.5 HOURS FINALLY RECEIVED MY FOOD.

The food was burnt and had a terrible taste, leaving me feeling that it was a huge waste of money. I'm done with this place and to top it off, I only received $4.00 in change back.

Always a five star dinner. Their curries are out of this world flavorful. Like, you're on the train to flavortown and hitting ALL the stops! The satay and spring rolls are my favs for apps and I finally got around to trying the Pad Thai and it was just delicious. I hope to try everything on the menu eventually but so far, not 1 bad thing. If you love Thai food (even if you dont) get here. No matter the distance, it's worth your drive.
