The Livery - Lewisburg

What an amazing place to dine! I’m giving a five-star review for the butter chicken, which was referred to as Chicken Tikka Masala. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by its preparation. It was one of the best butter chickens I’ve ever had, and that says a lot coming from an Indian guy who takes pride in traditional recipes and the authenticity of Indian cuisine. Loved it!

The restaurant does an excellent job of updating the menu for different seasons, which gives you a reason to keep returning, no matter how often you visit. The food is fantastic, but we find ourselves stopping by most often for drinks. There’s a great selection, and the head bartender truly cares about her craft. My favorite drink is the smoked old fashioned.

We were pleasantly surprised during our visit to Lewisburg, WV. The service was attentive and the staff was well-informed. The atmosphere was rustic and inviting, creating a relaxing environment. The food was outstanding—simply the best we’ve had!

Fun cocktails, decent wine and beer selection. Shaved Brussel Sprossen Salad was very good, ceasar also good. Rib eye was plentiful and tasty, salmon tasteful.

Terrible service and I ordered the prime rib, which I had to send back three times! I will never return; it's definitely not worth the money.
