Feedback gevenI highly recommend this fish and chips shop. The food is fresh and value for money. Thank you. LInda Lancaster
We decided to give this restaurant a try a few weeks ago and unfortunately, we were disappointed. The fish was strange and not very tasty, it didn't seem like Cod or Haddock. The portions were decent and the chips were good, but the stale oil odor that filled the restaurant was off-putting. We found a better option down the road in Forest Hill. Overall, this place wasn't for us.
The Chips here are awful, they say double fried but the were soggy and raw. The Fish was frozen and the place had questionable hygiene
I recently discovered this restaurant and it was a pleasant surprise. Finding a good fish and chips spot in London can be challenging, but I used to frequent Olleys in Herne Hill and Sea Cow in East Dulwich. However, after hearing about this place, I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the plaice and chips - the fish and batter were fresh and light, just as they should be. The chips were also delicious, and it was clear that a lot of attention to detail was put into preparing the meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
So so disappointed. I've just followed the advice on here and travelled all the way from victoria to get gluten free fish and chips. On arrival the man behind the counter didn't even know what gluten was!!
