Amato's - Lewiston

I ordered a little buffalo chicken pizza. I have a box full of hot chaos. they have put too much, soak and cheese. the pizza didn't cook because of all the things on it. also it was not cut. we also ordered meatballs and they were cold. I understand short personal, hard times, to be patient, but that was clown shoes in a box at a high price. better amatos.

Walked in at 19:20 to order and was told my order would take 20-25 minutes and they closed at 20:00. Had a similar experience with the Lisbon St location. Maybe time for the company to consider monitoring things a little closer to weed out the laziness.

When you think of lazy staff at a restaurant you should think of this place. The I heard the staff talking about how they leave the phone off of the hook so they don’t get to busy. Then when you do get to talk to them on the phone they make it seem like a burden that you called to order food at a restaurant. Foods good but they need to hire some new staff for sure

Very rude? I really hope that one of yall that works here sees this if they don't like working with customers or interact please get another job or not working with anything they don't make it friendly. a girl tried to order and she said I could issue a command? the cassian said, "I don't know, can they? if she jokes or not, it comes rude. under her breath too cloudy, I'm just trying to do my job just as you do. I really hope they can have a more positive attitude

They have closed at 8:30 when they say they don't close to 9 and all employees just hang on their phones.
