I was in Cowbell twice. I am not a picky eater, and if I try a new place, I will sometimes ask my waitress / guard to order for me and just surprise me. I did both times and not the time I regret it! Yeah, their burgers are a little expensive, but they're good! The first visit was with employees after work? great place to stop on the way home? they have $4 PBRs in cans, which is more my speed, but the cocktails my employees have ordered looked great. Today I brought my wife and family (both my wife and daughter Zöliakie). Their burgers, which are prepared without disease, although cross-contamination is always a concern and possible. The waitress was knowledgeable about the allergy and showed that they have no dedicated frit (always nice to have waitress who are aware of these limitations of celiac disease). We enjoyed hearing something?100 PP? Irish folk songs from a local musician while we enjoyed our meal!
The first time I was unable to finish my burger. It was also delicious!
Have eaten here several times and the food was consistently delicious. Rich and decadent. Very well done American BBQ. Service is always solid in Cowbell, but a woman named Holly recently waited for me. She was over and over spectacular at work. Perfect baggage, knew the menu inside and outside, elaborate order questions, and led us to order in the way that maximized our enjoyment of the meal. She was present immediately when we needed something and was never even intrusive. I don't have a restaurant. If I do, I would try to get the duck out of this server. I would make her my lead server/headtrainer/Etc in a heartbeat. If you have the chance to sit in Holly's section, take it.
Burgers? Only 25 decisions. Beer? Yep, a long list of local and national brews on tap. Wide range of apps and if beef is not your style, some alternative choices are on the menu. The heat is swirling and testing the Ghost Pepper? Burger...
