Feedback gevenThe second time here eat as good as the first time. I cook a lot of myself, so my standards are high, and fuel meets or exceeds them. the attention to details, such as the brot they serve, and the knowledge of the waiter complement the experience. highly recommended!
I came to dinner on Tuesday evening with my son and a friend of him. We started to start with the escargot and it was excellent. the presentation was interesting that the eskargot was served over a bone with a mark and a velvety smooth Demi gluten. it was amazing and the part was very generous. the three shared it and were very happy with what we had. I had a cheese salad with anchovy, which was very good, well dressed, but not overly dressed. my son and his friend had steaks that were perfectly cooked on the temperatures they demanded. I had the salmon that was grilled and was cooked to a perfect medium and very humid. I'll be back soon.
Our server, Paul, was a great guy. Very knowledgable and very well-versed in the in's and out's of the menu. Could describe each dish as if he were the one who designed them.
The food was very good, but the noise level was so high that it was hard to carry on a conversation with our friends. I would have to qualify a recommendation with that information.
They have found out that next week they will roll out a new menu so they are happy to check some new things.
