Hells Canyon Smokehouse - Lewiston

I’m giving this restaurant two stars for the good food, but unfortunately, they were two hours late delivering our order for our graduation party. We had 75 guests waiting, and we were met with excuses like the road being closed between Lewiston and Pullman. However, several guests drove from Lewiston with no problems at all. I wish the manager had been more honest about the delay instead of repeatedly saying, “I’m 15 minutes away.” The food was good, but overall it was a disappointing experience with no apologies offered.

Very good bbq at a great price. If you like or love bbq give them a try.

A large lady with glasses was rude to my friend and me when we arrived to pick up our takeout order. She could benefit from some customer service training. As a regular customer, I won’t be returning.

The BBQ here is absolutely fantastic, incredibly tender and flavorful. It's a must-try if you're in the area!

The dining room is temporarily closed, but I forgot about a coupon that I bought months ago. It expired soon and I really wanted to use it. Even though she isn't doing much business while she switches to catering, she was totally willing to fulfill our coupon. She was so kind, willing to meet me at a semi-late hour. Can't wait for the changes and to utilize her business again. And the sandwiches were DELICIOUS!
