Feedback gevenThis was a Door dash order, what a horrible experience! 1st order only received the drinks of a huge family order. I get the first time the dasher (Could have left a bag behind on in car) Second attempt after a reorder of missing food. Only received 50%of that food order. This store needs a manager, So the third attempt and 2.5 hours later, a third order was placed with Burger King. They are a tad more organized and has no problem reading orders.

Is this still fast food? Wouldn’t be able to tell with the last handful of times I’ve been here. The last 3/5 times I have been here they have taken my order incorrectly, all but one of those 5 times did I wait less than 10 minutes for my food and they weren’t even busy. Fries are always cold and soggy, hashbrowns are over cooked, the burgers are so sloppy when made, ketchup all over EVERYTHING. Chicken nuggets are hot but definitely do not taste fresh, like they have been sitting and are just reheated. When not using the drive thru and going inside I have had to wait close to 30 mins for my food and good luck getting the employees to acknowledge you.I could drive to the Lisbon or Topsham McDonalds and drive all the way home to Lewiston and still have better quality and tasting food when this one 5 mins from my house.
Only go through and lasts in a average of over 40 minutes to finally get her food. slow it was worse that it hardly returns. I would give negative 5 stars if allowed, but the option is not there. they need to update their hours cassie they are closed by 10
Took a half hour to get my order that I placed online which is fine they were very busy. Which was not fine was that I got all the wrong food and didn't realize until I was already at home. My dog ate pretty good that night.
