A fellow diner mentioned that his meal tasted spoiled. Moreover, there was only one staff member working, leading to very poor service for the customers. Overall, the food was not worth the wait.
The waitress allowed two very loud and intoxicated women to continue drinking in the dining area during the day, and she didn’t ask them to lower their volume. We were on the verge of ordering coffee, but ultimately chose not to since the disruptive women only grew louder.
We were disappointed to be seated at the bar instead of at a table in the restaurant. Fortunately, the weather outside was nice, but the loud pop music made it hard to enjoy our meal. The food was decent, but the portion sizes were quite small considering the prices. I understand food costs are increasing, but if prices go up, portion sizes shouldn't go down; ideally, one should be adjusted without affecting the other. I was told a salad came with my meal, but later I found out it wasn’t included—only bread was supposed to come with it. Unfortunately, the bread never arrived, and I was then told that it wasn’t included either. To make matters worse, they were out of root beer, so I had to find another drink option. Overall, our dinner was a major disappointment.
I discovered that when inquiring about cheese options for a burger, there was an additional fee for Cougar Gold, although it was unclear if it was actually included on the burger. There were also extra charges of $2 for a slice of avocado and $2 for Canadian bacon, which seemed a bit steep. Overall, the food fell short of our expectations, and we left feeling disappointed. To make matters worse, our server neglected to check on us for nearly 30 minutes after promising to bring our drinks, leaving us parched.
We attended the Yellowstone-themed dinner in hopes of gaining insights into the whiskey drinks paired with each course and their relationship to the food. We also expected some discussion about whiskey's connection to the Yellowstone show. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. It felt like we paid a premium for a very ordinary dining experience.
