Based on the high almost 5 star rating I had high hopes. The brisket was extremely DRY almost grey looking. The sauce helped the meat a lot and was an average 2/5 taste nothing special. I do not know how this place is rated so highly because it’s below average at best! The staff was super friendly though, 5/5.

Weeknight dinner Brisket was very dry, had to add sauce which I typically don't. Mac and cheese was fine, banana pudding was good, no bananas in my portion though. Food wasn't bad just wasn't good/great. Just a meal (shrug). Can't recommend, unless you don't want to drive 10 min farther out. Dickeys/spring creek level quality.

HEED my warning! This was my first time here. I eat carnivore diet so I’m always looking for a place that sells just meat. I saw a few good reviews of this place and decided to check it out. I order 1/2 lb brisket and 3 single ribs. Total… $28! ? I didn’t immediately write it off as I figured maybe the taste is worth the price. It’s not. The ribs, as someone else pointed out in another review, tasted like they had been kept in storage for a while. I honestly thought I was eating left overs from a backyard cook out that were left out for hours, refrigerated, then microwaved to heat them back up. The brisket was incredibly dry. So much so that I had to put mayo on it to help get them down. They also had VERY little smoke flavor. I would compare this to dickies BBQ, and I do NOT like dickies, but dickies ribs are better. Honestly for $28 I could’ve gotten a prime rib at a sit down restaurant. Way overpriced. Looks elsewhere for BBQ.
