Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lewisville

The woman opted for Chipotle, but I wasn't on board with that choice. We both ordered chicken burritos, along with chips and a quad to share. They only informed us after we finished the first bowl that they were out of sour cream, fajita veggies, and limes. While this was frustrating, we decided to go ahead and place our order anyway. In hindsight, I regret agreeing to eat there because we both needed to use the restroom shortly after. It will be a while before I consider returning, especially not under these circumstances.

I just ordered two rice dishes, but the brown rice isn't cooked properly. Please make sure to check it before serving. I haven't experienced this issue before; overall, I've had good meals here and the quality is usually excellent.

The service was good. The woman at the counter who made the burritos did an excellent job on her own! Kudos to her for handling everything by herself. Food rating: 4/5.

Everything was old, especially the beans and when I was asked for different, it was said there were none and there were 5 people working there, but only one guy who was all service was just terrible.

Placed an online order to be delivered. The label on the order was correct but apparently the person making the order just puts in whatever they want. After trying to contact them with no luck had to throw my food out. Worse freaking service I have ever had. This place sucks!Dietary restrictions: I am Lactose intolerant and my food had cheese and sour cream.
