Chuck E. Cheese - Lewisville

We really enjoyed my sons 4th birthday party at the Chuck E Cheese in Lewisville. He had been asking us to have it here and we were a little apprehensive as things were still opening up from the pandemic. The experience was great from the start. I was able to book everything online which was a huge plus. I even wanted to change our party package and was easily able to do that leading up to the party. We arrived early to setup and were quickly greeted by our assigned birthday party server who was amazing. She insisted that she set everything for us! She actually had some of their stuff in terms of decoration already out but we brought our own and she quickly swapped it all out. She communicated with all our guests as they arrived and allowed us to really enjoy our sons day! He had a blast with all his friends and loved the ticket blaster! Great 5 star experience!

The manager and staff are very helpful. Had a group event last night and we all had a wonderful experience. Chucky was also amazing with great moves! Place was clean.Thank you Lewisville location.

It's ok my kiddos had fun not really many games but it worth it

The guy that they have playing chuck, Outstanding! Super energetic, we were some of the last people before they closed and the guy was so good. I've seen some were the character is barely moving but not this one man, 5 starts for sure!

Great for kids!! Clean and well kept location with clean restrooms. Lots of games to choose from for young teens down unless you are a kid at heart then there is room for you as well. Pizza is pretty good and the drink selections has expanded! Salad bar is on point!! Good, fresh, clean, and fully stocked with a variety of flavors. Keep it up Chuck! This location has games, rides for smaller children and a tube maze. We just joined my niece for her 5th b-day and the host was catering to our needs and asking if we needed more! You just don't find that kind of service anymore. We had a great time. We got unlimited game play for 2 hours which was plenty of time for the kids and grown ups to play.
