Mt. Fuji Hibachi Steak House

Despite having limited sushi options and the uncomfortable experience of being crammed shoulder to shoulder with strangers when there was plenty of space available, I find it hard to understand how this place maintains a 4-star rating. After the initial serving of soup and salad, we never saw the waitstaff again. We didn’t receive any drink refills, and our empty bowls cluttered the already small table space. Throughout our visit, the only other diners were at two hibachi tables that weren’t even full, so I expected a better experience. While the food was decent, I’m puzzled as to why they ask how you would like something cooked if they’re just going to overcook it. Overall, the food isn't worth the prices, and the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. I would recommend looking elsewhere before choosing this restaurant.

Great hibachi experience with a really cool setup. The food is delicious. Just a heads up, each grill is located in its own glass-walled cubicle. While it helps keep the noise down, it can also trap heat, making it a bit warm inside. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for families.

It was my first time trying hibachi, and I genuinely enjoyed the experience. I went with a group of eight friends to celebrate a birthday. We had a reservation for 7:00 PM, but we didn't arrive until 7:20 and had to wait for another friend until 8:00. The staff handled the situation very professionally and didn't seem bothered by our delay. They seated us promptly, and the night went smoothly. One of our servers, named Mitchell I believe, really went above and beyond by bringing us plates and cutting the cake for us; he even sang "Happy Birthday!" which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely go again.

My family of 5 was seated with another family of 4 and there wasnt room to even pull the chairs out let alone sit. Apparently the number of chairs around the grill is more important than a dining experience at $20-$30 a plate. The grill was in what icould only describe as a cubicle of glass that held all the heat from the grill. It was over 100 degrees outside and just aswarm by the grill inside. We asked to move to a grill we fit better at and they said no. So we left.

A MUST GO TO I WOULD SAY A TRUE 10 The wife and I had a great time. The hibachi chef was spectacular and the food was just as great. The entire staff makes you feel like family and at home. All of the chefs where great with the kids in therestaurant. Will be back for sure
