Great staff, clean well lit store and all the fresh baked warm Nestle Toll house cookies you can have. Great selection of favs!!!

My children loved the brownies. The staff was very accommodating to my 3 year old son who wasn?t sure what he wanted.

Filthy store, weird staff, slipping standards. Not what I?d expect in Highland Village. Sad! Save your cash and visit Baskin Robbins down the street.

VEEERY dirty. Staff was unhelpful and had a bad attitude. The manager clearly does not care for this establishment nor their customers. Very unsatisfied. As you can see form the ?owners? response, and responses to previous negative reviews, unprofessional. Really hope you can find find some decent help. Best of luck! :
