Outback Steakhouse - Lewisville

We spontaneously decided to go to Outback tonight, and we’re so glad we did! The steaks were fantastic, as always, but our server, Lisa, truly stood out. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and she remembered all of our unusual requests. Every visit to this Outback has been a wonderful experience!

We had a great experience at this restaurant. Despite it being a busy Saturday evening, we were seated quickly. The service was attentive and everything—from the drinks to the bread, appetizers, and main course—came out promptly. The desserts looked so tempting that we’ve decided to start with them on our next visit!

We had a such a great evening! Parker was a great server who was engaging and fun to chat with. He was quick to bring food, refill our glasses and had great recommendations. He also engaged my kids and asked them about their sports since we were coming from games. We will be back! We highly appreciated his recommendation for the skillet cookie as we wouldn’t have picked it otherwise but it was by far our new favorite….even beating out our love for the Chocolate Thunder!

Valerie was amazing! My husband and I stopped in for dinner tonight and had the best service we’ve had anywhere in years. Valerie was friendly, polite, attentive, and fast. She did a great job keeping us informed of when our meal would arrive, checked on us when needed but was not bothersome, and did it all with a smile on her face. We will be asking for Valerie next time we visit!

I would have given this restaurant a five-star rating, but I had to ask our server twice for a water refill. However, the standout was definitely our server—she truly embodied the essence of great service! I’m always on the lookout for exceptional talent like hers, but I didn’t offer her a job since she spoke so fondly of her current company. If she had seemed dissatisfied, I would have jumped at the chance to hire her! As for the food, while the appetizer could have been improved, the entrées definitely made up for it.
