Potbelly Sandwich Works - Lewisville

Three of us ordered sandwiches—the turkey, ham, and meatball—and all were very tasty! I thought the portion of ham was a bit on the small side, but it was delicious nonetheless. We also shared a bowl of chicken noodle soup, which also looked appealing.

Always fresh, quick, delicious, and with outstanding service. I can't remember the names of the staff working today, but as always, they were a pleasure to be around and worth every penny. I am never let down when I visit this place. I’d rate it a 15/10—I absolutely love it!

UPDATE: 03-29-2019 - I'm happy to report that they addressed all of my concerns! I’m updating my review to 5 stars. They provided carrying trays, the tables were clean, and the napkin holders were filled. The employees were also visible and actively working instead of hiding in the kitchen. Thank you!

I visited for the first time and tried one of the Italian sandwiches. It was smaller than I expected, but still satisfying and deliciously juicy (not soggy at all). They also had this cheesecake cookie—it's definitely a must-try!

I had never been to this place before, but I had seen it so many times. Today, my friends and I were looking for a classic 4 o'clock meal, and we chose Potbelly. It was really good!
