Rockfish Seafood Grill - Lewisville

Rockfish- the concept of this place makes them want to eat here. the dining room is open and airy and great music in the background. well, that is about the end of this experience. go in, a family of 4 with a newborn and the host looks like he has no idea why we are here. we tell him we're here to eat, and he's sitting. okay? waiter was so shy that we couldn't understand him, didn't explain anything on the menu, and I had to get his attention when he left to ask if we could order an app. the rock trio was decent. spinat dip was all spinat, not much dip. bombs were good. ordered 2 chicken pastas and cajun pasta together with gumbo. all disappointed at the board. 1. No taste in alfredo and huh was dry and hard. my children wouldn't eat it hardly. they asked if they had to eat it. 2. gumbo, terrible. roux was burned and you could say that it was probably done this morning and we eat dinner. has taken two bites and sent it back. the waiter offered me to ask without me. 3. cajun pasta- absolutely no taste, I load it with salt and pepper, not really help. Easy to oily. pasta was almost muddy? just not good. rated 3 stars, because when I come back here, I will just order fish and hope that a place called rockfish might make a decent fish plate.

We went to rockfish for a birthday dinner and we had the best time. our waiter was roaring and he made our whole night. he was so funny and we received the best service from all people working there. ha, we tried for the first time oysters, and it was an experience that we will remember for a dae? when they go after a fantastic place, some seafood rockfish is it. they can also sit outside and watch how their children play in the squirt while enjoying a nice cold drink. it is really a comfortable and amazing restaurant!

The service was ok-staff. However, let me say that it was not busy there and could see our server. service was incredibly slow. Eat quickly came out, but our server rarely came by to check us and we had to bring our ticket to pay at the cash after we waited one because our server is coming. the restroom-at seemed to be clean first, but after leaving into the restroom I had in the position, spin weaving with dust and insect in it. the changing station could be broken off. again the time of the day was not busy. Eat- although decent had a strange after the taste standing my men and I - and we ordered two different dishes (crack filled salmon and crab filled fish.) the quality was all in order, but not quite the expectations for the cost. but still decent. flavors were a little missing considering that everything was in every dish. between how long everything and factors. uncertain if we will ever return. sad as it is a beautiful resturante and great location. tons potential.

I ate here in the evening. eating and service was great. the seafood is exactly what we wanted. the young lady waiting for the table was provisional and had fun with us. brotpudding was amazing!

My husband and I are regulars here, we try to only go when Rachael or Colin is working, don?t get me wrong the rest of the staff is great, we?ve had good experiences with them too, but Rachael and Colin are top notch! The food is always freshly made and delicious, and the drinks are not stingily poured. Coloring pages for the kids take this place to a whole other level!
