Seven Mile Cafe - Lewisville

Clear lack of management at this place. No sense of care or urgency seen from staff. No manager present to check in. It took 30 minutes just to get the coffee I ordered and 1 hr to get our food. Our waiter must have forgotten to submit the order ticket, but didn’t seem care to express her apologies. My parents don’t go out to many restaurants, but to have them experience that was this morning was abysmal. Worst dining experience of my life and definitely won’t be going back to any Seven Mile Cafe.

Lots of vegan options on the menu. Their biscuits are amazing. Coffee is also great. Hash browns are just okay and don't match the rest of the delicious food. Service is always friendly.

The food is normally pretty good but idk what happens to their hash browns. They get worse every time I go. Last time I went I ordered a side and it was a HILL of the most soggy, mushy, and salty hash browns I have ever tasted. I only took one bite and it should be a crime to treat a potato like that… it smelled so bad I had to move it to the other side of the table so I could eat the rest of my food. Idk what y’all are doing to those poor hash browns I assume you are making a bunch in advance and leaving them in a co gainer to get soggy and to scoop out but stop it right now… it’s disrespectful to the potato

I always look forward to the fall season and Seven Mile Cafe’s Pumpkin Spice Latte!! One of the Best around!! We also had the Pumpkin Pancake and the Pumpkin French Toast. The pancake was good but the French toast was very, very Yummy!! I’m hoping I will be back in the area before they are gone for the season!! The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and the servers very friendly!! Definitely recommend Seven Mile Cafe!!

I recently dined at 7 Mile, and while the food was undeniably fantastic and the service top-notch, I must admit that the waiting time for our meals was quite extensive. The menu offers a delightful array of options, and the staff is incredibly attentive and accommodating. However, if you choose to dine here, be prepared to exercise your patience as you await your delicious meal, as it may take longer than expected to arrive at your table. Nevertheless, the overall dining experience is worth the wait for those who appreciate great food and exceptional service.
