Feedback gevenStopped by for 2 double stacked tacos on 2/26/2024 around 4:45pm. Guy working the drive through told me that they no longer offer the double stacked taco... Had my wife check taco bell 's website to ensure the double stack taco is still available and sure enough, Hebron location happily prepared the unavailable menu item for us.Why would you lie about a menu item being discontinued, then offer to make something else? It 's not important really, just want the owner to understand that their staff is awful.Edit. I just looked at the review distribution for this location.. Never in my life have I seen that many 1 star reviews... TACO BELL CORPORATE part ways with this franchise owner, they 're ruining your brand and image.
JUST DON'T GO HERE!!!!!! NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. FOOD IS WRONG AND SOOOOO STINGY WITH THE MEATS. BURRITOS BE FLAT AS HELL!!!!
I experienced really bad customer service after stopping at the location to grab some food. I'm assuming the female who was working at the drive- thru window did not want to be at work. She was rude as heck kind of reminded me of that time when i passed through Mississippi..
I showed up right as a bunch of other diners did so service was a little slow but everything was fine.
I have visited this location twice in recent months when I was on a tight schedule, and my order placed in store was not ready fast during the lunch period. I also wish the store had more high tables. I recommend ordering on the app prior to traveling to this location to save wait time.
