The Waffle House that was most recently remodeled just off of the freeway near Maurices is the best one to visit. It is always clean, the staff are courteous , and they serve you quick. NOTE, do not visit the newer one off off Platt Springs Rd . It is the diametrically opposite. Dirty and poorly run. But this place runs like a top.Parking: Plenty of free parking and wheelchair spots also.
It's a waffle house. Very entertaining to watch the cooks.Vegetarian options: Not for vegetarians!Dietary restrictions: Mostly grilled in seed oils. Lots of salt, grease, syrup. Choose your meals carefully, they will try to accommodate but don't expect them to totally rearrange their menus just for you.

One waitress but the place wasn't full. I guess she wasad she had to work on Easter. Sat for almost 15 minutes and didn't even get a drink order. Left without eating.
