Alysheba Backyard Burgers - Lexington

My only complaint with this place is that it takes forever to get seated and takes even longer to pay your bill. They never seem to have an efficient system for these problems. Having a host would make ALL the difference because s/he could work the register, seat people, and help keep the dining room clean.

Damn this place has gone down hill. We stopped in today and I was surprised to see how empty the place was. It didn't take long to figure out why.

Went here after church on Sunday only because all the restaurants surrounding it were packed with waiting lists... at the time I wondered why this place was so empty. Ordered a grilled chicken salad that had very little chicken on it and the lettuce wasn't fresh at all. The carpet was also so sticky that our shoes were sticking when we walked. Won't go back or recommend.

My family went to eat here yesterday, ordered 2 bacon cheddar burger combos and a chicken tenders kids meal, all three orders had waffle fries. The kids meal came out about the normal time, but season fries were with it. I told the lady as she was walking away and she said she would be right back. 30 minutes later my daughter has finished her chicken tenders and we have not received the rest of our food. I went to the front counter and asked where it was and they acted like we had been cleared off their list of orders. I told my wife and we decided to just leave. Asked the manager to refund the order and she did. The sole reason for writing about my experience was because for what I heard next. The woman who I believe to be the manager called back to the kitchen and said to cancel my order, a man 's voice yells back to the front are you f# !in kidding me! This use to be a great restaurant and I loved bring friends and family here but never again. Between the wrong and missing food order and the way the restaurant let 's it 's employees conduct themselves it 's not an experience I wish to have again.
